2. Service Description
SportNotch is a Mac application that displays live sports scores and critical match alerts in the Mac notch. Tennis is supported first, with additional sports planned over time.
3. User Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to use SportNotch. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
4. Payment and License
SportNotch may be available through more than one purchase channel. Direct website purchases are handled through our website checkout and provide a SportNotch license key for the direct download build. App Store subscriptions are purchased and restored inside the Mac App Store build and do not unlock through a website license key.
If you use the App Store build, Apple manages subscription billing, cancellation, restore, and refund flows. SportNotch may ask for your email before purchase or restore so we can connect your App Store subscription to SportNotch score access.
5. Refund Policy
For direct website purchases, we offer a 3-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with SportNotch, you may request a refund within 3 days of your purchase. App Store subscription refunds are handled through Apple's App Store refund process.
6. Third-Party Services
SportNotch may use third-party sports data sources to display live scores. Availability, timing, and accuracy can vary by tournament and provider. Direct website checkout, App Store subscriptions, subscription entitlement checks through Apple or RevenueCat, account access, support messages, and app analytics may also rely on third-party services required to sell, deliver, and support the app.
7. Data Privacy
We collect minimal data necessary for the operation of our service, including direct purchase information, account email, license or subscription entitlement data, support messages, and basic analytics. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue SportNotch at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.
